Leigh Bush (formerly known as Sammie) released a new track titled "Free Falling". Its the second single following "Dancer", which is on his forthcoming self-titled EP "Leigh Bush".
5/5
"Free Falling" is a beautiful ballad about being in love with someone and not knowing if the feeling is the same. Bush says the song was inspired by a real-life situation, a friend wasn't sure if he should fall in love first in his relationship.
"Free Falling derived by a conversation I was having with a friend of mine", he explains to Singersroom. "Discussing how he was falling in love first during a blossoming friendship. I then proclaimed: "just jump" (free fall) and hope that she catches you. It's rare that a man falls harder and first in relationships. I found it refreshing", explains Leigh. When he was going by the name Sammie he was a teen heartthrob singing to teen girls. Now he's 26-year-old and is now creating more mature sounding music, which is a major plus.
