Kat Dahlia to release 5 song EP "Seeds" + Announces East Coast Tour dates


Cuban-American singer-songwriter Kat Dahlia burst on to the music scene earlier this year with her autobiographical single "Gangsta". The song has received much praise from other artists like Ed Sheeran, DJ Khaled and Timbaland, who told Dazed & Confused magazine:
"I see Kat Dahlia as this generation's Nina Simone. She's that powerful".
On September 30th (tomorrow), she plans release a five-track EP titled "Seeds". This collection of music is to gives another taste of what to come in the future. Kat is currently working hard on her highly-anticipated debut album "My Gardan", which is scheduled to be released in early 2014 via Sylvia Rhone's label Vested in Culture / Epic Records. The EP will include her newest single "Clocks" produced by Salaam Remi (Nelly Furtdato, Miguel), a new track "Rainbow" produced by Illangelo (Drake, The Weeknd), and previously released tracks "Gangsta", "Mirror", and "Money Party" featuring Polly A. Also on October 22nd, you can look forward to hearing Kat's featuring on the track "Helen Keller" on DJ Khalad's new album "Suffering From Success".

In support of "Seeds", Kat Dahlia will embark on a nine-city tour along the east coast. Its set to kick off October 8th at the Studio at Webster Hall in New York City and wrapping up on October 20th at Culture Room in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
