SEREBRO makes a dark-pop return with "MALO TEBYA"

Russian girl group SEREBRO are back with a new single titled "Malo Tebya" (English: "Little You").

The sexual trio made their debut in 2009, but rose to fame in 2011 with the hit single "Mama Lover". In 2012, they released their second full-length album / debut English language album. The ladies released the buzz track "Sexy Ass" back in March and "Mi Mi Mi" in June, which topped various music charts across Europe (Russia, Netherlands, Italy). This new track serves as the first single from their upcoming third studio album for the Russian market.

"Malo tebya" is a interesting and new sound for SEREBRO. Their past music releases like  "Mama Lover" and "Mi Mi Mi" are pop-dance sassy records. This sounds more appealing mature, and dark. The production that incorporates dubstep and electronica. When it was released, the single charted in the fifth position both in Russia and the Ukraine.

Just like all their other videos, this was provocative and had explicit sexual references. For the people that know of SEREBRO, are known for being sexual and having an raunchy influenced style. They definitely like to push the boundaries. In the visual, their were nipslips, some nudity for Olga, standing and laying in the bed in their underwear, the use of male models, and much more random stuff.

I'm hearing that English version of the song is going to get made soon for the International market. Hopefully that's true, because its one of the trio's best songs released this year.

New Music: Natalia Kills - Outta Time

Natalia Kills is showing versatility on her upcoming album "Trouble" with "Controversy", "Problem", "Saturday Night", and now "Outta Time". The album is set to hit stores and digital retailers on September 3rd.

"Outta Time" teams again up with producer Jeff Bhasker (Bruno Mars, Drake), on the Motown inspired track. Natalia's debut album "Perfectionist" was very impressive and didn't get the recognition it deserved, hopefully with this album will turn some heads.

You can pre-order "Trouble" on iTunes now.

Miley Cyrus premieres "Wrecking Ball" + Reveals "Bangerz" album covers

Miley Cyrus rolling out more promo for her upcoming album "Bangerz", the singer has revealed the official covers for the album and has premiered a new track "Wrecking Ball". It's the follow-up to "We Can't Stop", which was the first official single. Both of the photos has an 80's vibe, with title being in neon lights. Miley is featured in the middle wearing a black dress doing two poses for the camera. The album is set to hit stores and digital retailers on October 8th.

"Wrecking Ballad" is a synth-pop ballad, that shows off Miley's singing skills. The emotional song is about looking back on a great relationship, that eventually went sour. She teamed up with hit producer Dr. Luke. The last time the two worked together was on her 2009 hit single "Party in the U.S.A.". If the twerk-anthem "We Can't Stop" wasn't your cup of tea, then "Wrecking Ball" should be right up your alley.

You can pre-order the album "Bangez" on iTunes now.

Tamar Braxton releases "Love and War" album snippets

Judging by the snippets, Tamar Braxton's new album "Love and War" will more than likely be a good R&B album. The album is set to hit stores and digital retailers on September 3rd.

On (Monday) August 26th, the singer-songwriter released previews of each song on iTunes. From listening to the snippets, the album is mostly comprised of ballads. Even their is certain amount of ballads, the project still some what has balance. You have the title track/first single "Love and War, and "All the Way Home", my favorite the mid-tempo track "The One", and a couple of uptempo records including "She Did That" and "Hot Sugar".

You can pre-order "Love and War" on iTunes now.

From what I heard, I can't say wasn't SUPER impressed. But of course, a lot of the time you can't judge whether its going to be good or bad solely on 30 second previews.

Listen to all three of the albums singles below.

New Music: Icona Pop - My Party (Feat. Zebra Katz)

Swedish dance duo Icona Pop are gearing up to release their debut album "This Is...Icona Pop" on September 24th. They've premiere a new promotional single titled "My Party" featuring rapper Zebra Katz. Its a rework of Leslie Gore's popular hit track "It's My Party", which was released in 1963.

With exception of the main lyric "It's my party, and I'll cry if I want to", it pretty much unrecognizable. Can't say I'm feeling this one. According to the tracklist, it won't be on album, which I'm glad about.

You can pre-order "This Is...Icona Pop" on iTunes now.

The song is very different "The Other Side" and especially "Dirty Talk". Its a cute love song for all the couples who cherish their other partner. Jason talked about the love song: "Basically it’s talking about getting ready for that moment when I ask you to marry me".

Not use to hearing Jason sing these type of songs, but it's nice to listen to something different from him.

[Single Review]: The Saturdays - Gentleman

Don't know about you, but for me The Saturdays music started to take a turn for the worst starting with their 2011 album "On The Radar". Not too say it didn't have some great tracks because it did, but not that many. When I heard "Gentleman", I literally though about wiping my hands with them, due to being unhappy about the music choices they're making.

Let's start with the music video shall we.

The video shows them all in a outside setting, hanging up clothes, mowing the lawn, working in the garden, and dressing as men. Rochelle was heavily pregnant at the time and was clear that they were trying to hide it as much as possible for this. The whole out door activity boring and pointless, like seriously what was the point of it?.............I'll wait. The close-up shots didn't do the video justice at all. The girls are obviously gorgeous, but the make-up put on them didn't look natural, it looked very cheap. Towards the end of the video the female and male versions come together. Those red dresses were a mess (with the exception of Mollie's and maybe Una), enough said. Some of them looked really good when they were dressed as men.

When it comes to the track itself, the lyrics are hilarious and not cute at all. Its a lot raunchier than any other song they have out. Some dirty lines were "you're not a lady if you're always on your knees", and "I let you taste my rainbow"

The song's major flaw is the horrible name-dropping rap at the end:

I need a Ryan Gosling, I need a Robert Pattinson / Somebody I can take to Mama, I need to find my Obama / I need a Jonas Brother and, how about a Denzel Washington? / I need a Kellen Lutz, and a Channing Tatum, throw 'em my way, I'll date 'em / I need a Drake, I need a Ludacris, I need a Wheezy, I don't care who he is / Heard 'em say I need a Kanye, he ain't a gentleman, but I'll have him anyway / George Clooney, Lamar Odom, Larry King, I like 'em older / All the gentleman from all around the world, holla at me, holla at me, let me be your girl

One of the lyrics in that rap didn't make any sense what so ever: "I need a Kanye, he ain't a gentleman, but I'll have him anyway". The song is about wanting a "Gentleman" right, he's not one, but they'll have him anyway. Is that contradicting or what?

Overall, not a fan of this at all. I understand wanting to change things up and not wanting to go the safe route, but this is a no no. The single debuted at #14 on the UK Single Chart, further proving it wasn't really liked among the fans. I say leave the shit off the upcoming new album. The ladies just released a new single titled "Disco Love" and like I stated before I love it, its a major step up from this trash.

Check out the singles B-Side "Wildfire", which sounds pretty good.

Vanessa Elisha releases her debut EP "Don't Go"

After releasing the singles "Blur" and "Home To Me", Australian-born singer-songwriter Vanessa Elisha releases her debut EP "Don't Go".

The five-track effort is a very soothing EP, filled with 90's R&B love songs and ballads. The production was provided by JRDN GXNXVS and CVIRO, she also wrote the lyrics to all the songs. Her smooth sensual vocals fits perfectly on the soothing instrumentals. Vanessa has a really great thing going with upcoming producer GXNXVS, together they make magic in the recording studio. Her style and sound resonates with some of my personal favorites such as Jhene Aiko and Tinashe.

"Don't Go" is strong debut for the rising star, its playable from start to finish. She got something very unique going on with her voice and I definitely want hear more in the NEAR future. Whether its another EP and a full-length album, which would be awesome.

You can download the EP for free via her official website.

2NE1 releases digital single "Do You Love Me" + Reveals music video

2NE1 are back with a digital single "Do You Love Me". Its the second out of four tracks, that's scheduled to be released up until October.

The music video was filmed personally by the members of 2NE1. Its a home video capturing all of the groups moments at Jeji Island and Seoul.

"Do You Love Me" was created by DEE.P, Lydia Paek, and YG's main producer Teddy. It was said that this would be similar and strong like the group's 2011 hit single "I Am The Best"............................. I have to seriously disagree. "Do You Love Me" is a cheery Summer song, but its generic and theirs nothing epic about it. "I Am The Best" was epic as shit and made a fucking statement, hell it was one of the best songs to come out in 2011. Even the other songs they're released that year is better "Hate You", "Ugly", "Lonely" and that's a damn ballad.

2NE1 are much more capable of putting out some great shit, besides what I'm hearing through my headphones. I was let down last month with "Falling In Love" and now this. September is quickly approaching, hopefully the next one will blow me away. I going to love and support them regardless, but YG Entertainment needs to step they game up.

New Music: HAIM - Falling

With two successful releases under their belts ("Forever" [EP], "Don't Save Me" [EP]) from last year, Californian sister trio HAIM released their third EP called "Falling" back in April. It includes the title track "Falling", a live version, and two remixes.

"Falling" is another effort that has a lot quality. The hippie-synthpop single is one of the bands best to date. I seem to think that with almost all of their new music.

Travis Garland premieres new single "Clouds" + Debut Album to drop in September

Travis Garland has come a long way since his boy band days, the singer-songwriter is unexpectedly back with his new single "Cloud". Along with the premiere of the track, the music video was also revealed. Wait their more good news. The track serves as the first official single from his long-awaited and highly-anticipated self-titled debut album, which is to hit stores and digital retailers on September 10th via Stinkface Music.

He dropped two mixtapes, the first being "Fashionably Late" that was released in October 2012. The next one was the second installment called "Fashionably Late Vol II". A music video was revealed for one of the mixtape tracks titled "Where to Land". Visit Travis's official website to get both of those great bodies work for free.

"Clouds" is a smooth and seductive R&B track, with a dark twist to it. Their's several vibes and influences that I hear like The Weeknd to Miguel and even Frank Ocean. This new single demonstrates and proves how great Travis Garland's talent is. I think he's versatile and could do also any genre of music, which is what I'm expecting for his debut album, full of versatility.

Introducing: CVIRO

CVIRO (pronounced Cairo) is another one of 2013's rising stars. The 24 year-old producer-singer-songwriter is from Gold Coast, Australia (which is where a lot of good talent is coming from lately). He's currently working on his upcoming debut album and SURPRISE SURPRISE talented producer on the rise JRDN GXNIUS (Vanessa Elisha, Vinny Cha$e) is crafting his music. I love GXNIUS's work, especially the stuff he's done with another new artist Vanessa Elisha.

In a interview with HelloBeautiful, he named various artists whom he draws inspiration from:

"This is a difficult question to answer because there are so many artists I draw inspiration from, he continued. "The few key artists that stand out to me when I was a kid would have to be Jagged Edge, Jon B, Donnell Jones, Tank and Aaliyah".

Early this year, he released his first two free buzz tracks: "Feels Good" and "High Society".

"Feels Good" was produced by JRDN GXNIUS. Through out the song, theirs extensive layers of mellow vocals. Expected nothing but perfection when it came to the production.

CVIRO teamed up with Harlem-native Vinny Cha$e for his new single "High Society". It came to no surprise that the track is produced by JRDN GXNIUS. "High Society" isn't just an typical R&B track, it's mellow and has a bit of an Hip-Hop vibe.

The Aussie stepped his game up further with his latest single "Faded". The track was co-written by Australian singer-songwriter Vanessa Elisha and produced by GXNXVS.

The smooth sensual R&B track serves as the first single from his upcoming debut EP "Elevation", which is scheduled to be released later this year.

The music video has premiered for the track, it was directed by RICO and Hanley Zheng. The black and white visual shows CVIRO doing numerous things, while the videos leading lady looks on.
